Plants We Eat
Produced by in-print for children. Once children have learned the parts of a plant, they are eager to find what parts of food plants they eat. This set classifies 18 plant foods into six groups: roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits, and seeds. It includes plant description cards and replicards for making booklets for children to color and label. The set includes 6 booklets, 18 three-part cards for sorting, and teacher background information. For ages 5-9.
